Open Question: I need food ideas for a hike!?

Hey, im going on a long overnight hike and i need to bring 1 brekfest 2 lunches and a supper worth of food. I need light very compactible food that also gives great energy. I am stuck on what to bring, does anyone wanna help me out here? :D
