Asked the same question in entertaining, thought the group in the 'camping' section would also be able to help me out. Basically, long story short I am going camping w/ a small group & my boyfriend for his birthday this weekend. We are camping on a lake. We do not have a boat, but have rafts/tubes etc. We also have lot of games that we always bring camping, so that's nothing new. I just would like some other ideas to make my boyfriend's birthday extra special. I will make him breakfast in bed (before we go camping) then we'll be out on the lake I presume and drinking lots of beer I am sure (please no condescending comments) and I will make him a steak and salmon birthday dinner. I am looking for any and all ideas to make this camping trip super special. We go camping all the frickin' time, so I really want to make it special.
Any food ideas? easy to make preferably and also make-ahead...
Any fun games?
