Open Question: wireless internet card for camping?

i am going camping in wrightwood, ca. to a concert. i want to know if there is a wireless internet card that i can purchase to hook up a live webcam so my mother that is bed ridden can be watching the show live on webcam. just because it is going to be my sister and myself that have not seen each other in years, she just wants to be there with us. please let me know.
