Open Question: solo camping in redwood forest?

This summer I'm taking an overnight trip to redwood forest national park.

Does anyone know of any risks inherent to the park? is there a history of animal attacks, exposure deaths, etc.?

Thanks for the help! Additional advice on solo camping in coastal forest climates is also appreciated.
