One taken to hospital after 2-car crash on State Street in Boise; Eagle motorist cited for failing to stop at red light

A motorist had to be extricated from his pickup Monday afternoon after he collided with another vehicle on State Street at 27th Street. The pickup rolled after the collision, and the driver was transported to the hospital with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.
