Resolved Question: Is this good wood for campfires?

I bought some firewood from the store's and the camp fire treated the wood like basically paper. So me and my friend went to a place I knew that had some good old trees. We ended up chopping this oak tree. The thick branches was hard to chop but we got like a good amount of 12 pieces.
Its not an oak tree It mite as well be an Madrone tree
