Resolved Question: Anything as good as Keen's Targhee II for less money?

Or something better for the same money (less than $130) My requirements: Comfortable enough to wear everyday and can be used for hiking, biking, walking, yard work, etc. Waterproof and mid high.
I really like the Targhee 2, but it seems to wear too quickly for the money.
